Ways to wear… Teddy Edward Clothing Chloe High Waisted Jeans 👖

Hi Darlings. I hope you’re all well. Time for another Ways to Wear style blog- this time with the gorgeous Teddy Edward High Waisted Jeans. Now if you follow me on Instagram (@countryclassiclucinda) I know you’ll have already seen these jeans, and so many of you are loving them as much as I do! I have been living in them since I got them, and I’ve had lots of fun creating different outfits with them. But if you’re new to seeing these, here’s a little bit about them, and the brand behind them.

Why moleskin?

The Chloe Jeans featured in this blog are a unique moleskin blend, and I wanted to share with you a little bit of information why I find this so fabulous. Moleskin is very soft and comfortable, and has more of a brushed nap affect. The material is pretty resistant to wind, making it a perfect option for this time of year. Although, it has been noted that moleskin is an ideal material all year round, and is still equally as comfortable and breathable to wear in warmer weather, making it an ideal all rounder and great investment to take you season to season.

Details about the jeans:

The Chloe Jeans have been designed with a higher waist, these sit above your hips on your waist, creating an ultra flattering fit. Created from 98% cotton and 2% elastane, these jeans have a unique stretch, ensuring a luxury feel but also high comfort. Fed up of black jeans looking tired and washed out, or not a fan of blue denim? Well I am right there with you, and these jeans are the perfect solution. The moleskin material creates a bold colour and they wash incredibly well! Such a great alternative to denim jeans.

Available in sizes 6-16, with two colour options (navy/black, and two leg lengths 29/31).

I opted for the longer leg length so that I could roll the bottom of the jean, and I went for my normal jean size, so I would say these jeans for true to size.

The Chloe Jeans can also be monogrammed with up to four characters on the left hand pocket. This unique touch adds personalisation to your favourite jeans, what could be better?!

Ways to wear the Chloe High Waisted Jeans So I have absolutely loved styling these jeans, in fact, I have mainly worn these since receiving them. I love putting outfits together, but believe it or not, I don’t tend to outfit plan, I normally throw something together on the day! I like my wardrobe to be flexible, and my clothing to have the ability to be pulled into a great, stylish outfit, without days of planning ahead. I also do not pack clothes away for change of season. My wardrobe has to have the ability to work all year around, if you buy wisely and invest, you shouldn’t need to stash away half your wardrobe when the weather changes – in my opinion!! These jeans work perfectly into this. The classic colourways of the Teddy Edwards jeans mean they will go with everything, making them the perfect go to item. The materials used are also suitable for all year round! I’ve mentioned before that I really don’t like wearing blue denim jeans, and I’ve always struggled with black fading so quickly. These jeans eliminate all of those worries, which for me, ticks all of the boxes. Below I’ve put together a couple of outfits, to show you just how versatile these jeans are to style, and their fit, quality and how they look, to give you some outfit inspiration with your own styling.

With a shirt … I love wearing a shirt and it creates a very classic look. If you follow my instagram you will without doubt have seen this outfit appearing, it seems to have been really popular with you all, I loved it too! The high waisted nature of the Chloe Jeans work perfectly with a shirt, they create a very flattering look, and a shirt tucks really easily into them, there is nothing worse than a shirt that keeps untucking! Wearing a high waisted jean helps to prevent this from happening. There are two different lengths for the Chloe Jeans, so you can wear effortlessly with short boots, whether you prefer to turn up the bottoms, or tuck the jeans into the boots.
