Chosen by Country Classic Lucinda – Spring Essentials

Hi darlings, I’m trying to remain positive at the moment in light of everything going on. I thought I would pop together some of my favourite Spring finds for you in this ‘Spring Essentials” top picks blog. I hope you love the pieces I have selected, and stay safe.

The Daltons Bedara Leopard Print Belt
I am loving leopard print right now. Up until about a year ago, I wouldn’t have felt like I could fit leopard print into my style, but it is currently one of my go to prints, and it is so in right now.
This stunning statement belt is British made and will add a real talking point to your outfit.
The belt is available in a couple of different colours, and come in four different sizes, Xs = 6/8, S = 10/12, M = 12/14, L = 16. The belt is 3.3cm in width, and has seven holes, which allows for 5 inches of adjustability.

What I love about this brand:
Founded in 2014, after Emma made her first dog collar, Daltons prides itself on being a truly British brand. All of the products are handcrafted in England. Want to meet the team behind Daltons? They attend many country shows and horse trials throughout the year, and would love to meet you.
What I love about this product:

I had had my eye on this belt for a little while. I was drawn to its statement print and round buckle. It is easy to style and adds a great twist to a classic outfit. A must have for your wardrobe.

The Henrietta Spencer Henley Nude
There is no better Spring accessory than a basket bag. Those of you who have followed Country Classic Lucinda for a while, will know that last year I completely fell in love with the Henrietta Spencer brand.
The Henley is a stunning structured basket bag, that is fully lined and is completed with either tan or walnut leather features. I went for the nude, which is beautiful. There is a shoulder strap which can be used simply over the shoulder, or as an across body bag. The bag is 20cm high by 28cm wide x 12cm deep.

What I love about this brand:
Henrietta Spencer founder, Jaimie, wanted to bring some Spanish/Mediterranean style to the UK, and so found a factory that would produce unique basket bags, a far cry from the typical traditional beach bag. Steering clear of ‘fast fashion’ these timeless bags are designed to last, and take you from day to night, whatever the occasion.
What I love about this product:
I love that this bag is unique to the classic basket bag. It is a striking design which will take you from Country Shows, to brunch, to an evening out. I love that the bag is lined and includes a phone pocket. For me, this bag is an absolute spring essential, and despite having had a lot of use out of it already, I just can’t wait to keep taking it out on adventures.

Joules Trinity Scrunchie – Tan Leopard
Scrunchies are back in and I love them. Joules have a great range of scrunchies available in their hair accessories range, and this leopard print is one of my go to pieces right now.
This scrunchie is currently available in six different patterns, so there will definitely be one to suit your hair colour and style!

What I love about this brand:
I have loved Joules forever, and a day! Founded in 1989 by Tom Joule, Joules has always stayed true to it’s country roots. Joules will be at a variety of events throughout the Summer, with their packed show calendar ahead of them. If you want to see their latest products in the flesh, they also have stores based all over the UK.
What I love about this product:

Such a fun, easy, hair accessory to style. I love the bold print, that is bang on trend at the moment. This also makes a great present, or handbag handle accessory!

The Fairfax and Favor Kensington – Black
I have previously written a whole blog about my Tan Kensington Boots that I purchased a couple of years ago – if you want to check out that blog post, please click here.
The Kensington is a stylish suede ankle boot, with a modest 7cm heel, belted leather fastening, and classic F&F signature buckle.
These boots are true to size, and are available in black, tan and chocolate.
Ankle boots are bang on trend for spring style and will take you through all occasions- whatever youā€™re wearing!

What I love about this brand:
Everything! If you follow my blog (and Instagram @countryclassiclucinda) youā€™ll know I have a bit of a Fairfax and Favor problem. Having followed and supported the brand right from the very early days, I believe in investing in good quality pieces that are timeless, and will last and last. Fairfax and Favor products fall into this category perfectly, and I couldnā€™t love, or recommend the brand enough. You rarely see me in anything else!
What I love about this product:
The Kensingtonā€™s scream class and sophistication, and add the perfect spring vibe to your wardrobe. I love the black colour this season as they tie in perfect with skirts and dresses, pair with black tights for an effortless, but spring like feel. We are all dying to get our skirts and dresses out now for wearing and pairing with black tights allows for the perfect combination.

Dermalogica Biolumin-C Serum
Some of you will know that I have really been struggling with my skin for a while, but having teamed up with Dermalogica, there has been a noticeable change to how my skin looks and feels.
This serum aims to help signs of ageing and daily damage through high performing vitamin c product. Vitamin C helps to fight against daily skin damage, and the serum aims to help protect again free radical damage, the appearance of fine lines and winkles, and reducing pigmentation.
This product is simply applied morning and evening, after toning and before moisturising! So simple to use!

What I love about this brand:
Dermalogica are amazing, and Iā€™m not just saying that! Iā€™m finally excited to use skincare products, which I just havenā€™t been before- you all know Iā€™ve been lazy if anything! Healthy skin is at the forefront of Dermalogica products, and they use ingredients proven to benefit healthy skin, not just cosmetically cover damage. Dermalogica do not engage in animal testing, and their products are free of common irritants.
What I love about this product: This product is so easy to use and takes minimal ā€˜effortā€™, which for someone like me is ideal as I have not been the most proactive when it has come to my skincare, as you know.
