5 Winter Warming essentials to get your wardrobe stylishly ready for the cold …

Oh my, it has been a little while since the last blog, I am chasing my tail at the moment, but don’t worry Darlings, I am always here, even in those periods where there may be a slightly longer break between blogs. It warms my heart to always see so many people from all over the world coming to view my previous posts daily, even when there isn’t anything new to look at! Thank you for always keeping up with my posts, and revisiting older content 🤍

Whilst October and November have been mild, there seems to have been that sudden snap of cold now, and there is an air of that long Winter slog ahead of us. BUT…. never fear…. I will be here throughout the Winter, guiding you through your Winter Wardrobe, and offering up my favourite products as well as handy tips and tricks.

Today, with a little help from Luxury British clothing brand, Holland Cooper, I’ll be bringing you 5 must have pieces that you won’t want to be without as we head into this cold snap….

So grab a warm drink, cosy down and let’s have a look.

~ A Cosy Coat ~

Featuring the Finsworth Longline Coat in Chocolate

It certainly wouldn’t be a Winter wardrobe blog without a coat, and oh my do I have a treat for you with this one. Something super warm and cosy had to be the starting point, and I am bringing you a duvet that it’s fully acceptable to wear out.

Winter takes its toll on us, and whilst so many of us love everything that comes with Winter, not a single person I know likes being cold. Wrapping up warm is often the key to a good time – there is nothing more miserable than what could have been a great day, had you not been shivering cold!

Having a ‘go to’ cosy coat in your wardrobe ready for Winter activities is just an absolute must, but finding something still stylish, and practical, can sometimes be a little harder.

The Finsworth is a slim fit, longline design, with a cosy faux fur hood, and numerous practical features. This fleece lined coat also has neoprene storm cuffs, and vents which can be unzipped to create more freedom of movement. There are also plenty of pockets for stashing your essentials on days out or dog walks. I have worn this to firework displays, light trails and out walking, and it certainly ticks all the boxes for me.

The gorgeous rich chocolate colour of this coat makes it fit seamlessly into any Country wardrobe. Teaming effortlessly with any other colours, this will be your go to time after time again.

Sizes XS – XL

~ Loungewear Hoodie ~

Featuring the Team Hoodie Pull On in Ink Navy

Loungewear never looked so luxurious. But … I have to be honest here, I haven’t really ever been one for hoodies. When it comes to loungewear, I am normally just either fully dressed up, or in my PJ’s! However, I feel like a new level of lounge has been unlocked since trying a hoodie out again.

With signature hardware, and high density embroidery, the Team Hoodie from HC has a lot to love. Whilst this is perfect for those cosy Winter days in, the beauty of the Team Hoodie is that it is also stylish and feminine, perfect for pairing with your favourite jeans when you want to opt for a more casual outfit out and about, or why not pair with jodhpurs for an easy yard look.

I didn’t realise how much I would like having one of these in my wardrobe, but it has been worn so often now – it’s such a quick and easy go to!

Take true to size for a stylish fit whether you’re lounging or on the go, or size up for a more slouchy and oversize style.

Sizes XS – XL

~ Crazy for Cable Knit (Jumpers!) ~

Featuring the Seattle Roll Neck Cable Knit in Fern Green

During the A/W months I LIVE in roll neck jumpers. They pair so well with everything, whether it’s a day out shooting, or teamed with a skirt for dinner, they are a classic wardrobe essential. Having roll neck jumpers in a few different neutral colours is a great way to create a simple capsule wardrobe. With a roll neck jumper you can also easily layer underneath, adding extra warmth if it is needed.

Dark green is a staple colour to have in your Wintery wardrobe. The deep, rich colour pairs so beautifully with earthy neutrals, but also bright primary colours, making it a really easy piece to rewear over and over again, creating new outfits.

The Seattle Roll Neck Cable Knit oozes all of the luxury you would expect from Holland Cooper. With the classic HC hardware to the shoulder and cuffs, this roll neck can be so easily dressed up or down, whilst still feeling seriously luxurious. The fine, lightweight yarn wears perfectly day to night, and the chunky cable knit is design is something that can be adored Town or Country.

Sizes XS – XL

~ Honourable Hats ~

Featuring the Windsor Bobble Hat in Camel Marl

The finishing touch to any Winter outfit? Of course, a hat! Toasty ears and a warm head are vital to keeping cosy on the chilly days, so whether it’s walking the dog, or at the yard, an easy to reach for hat is sure to become your closest friend.

Complete with faux fur pom, and super soft to touch, the Windsor Hat is such a staple for any Winter wardobe. In a variety of colours which will go with your whole wardrobe, the hardest decision will just be choosing one!

~ Beautiful Bags ~

Featuring the Regency Packable Tote in Tan Monogram

WAIT…. STOP ….

Did someone say BRAND NEW! I think they did! If you’re anything like me, overpacking comes naturally to you, and I am constantly fighting for extra space in my bags, that’s where I have a love affair with totes….

The Regency Bag is the perfect finale to your Winter outfits. There is nothing more challenging in the Winter than trying to cram spare layer, gloves and an umbrella into your handbag! Why not take all that stress away with the super stylish Regency Packable Tote. The croc embossing and monochrome design gives this Tote a luxe feel, whilst the nylon makes this extremely practical.

This bag is also perfect for travel or as a plane bag!

That’s all for now my Darlings. Please note this blog does include an affiliate link, as I was fortunate enough to work with Holland Cooper to bring you these items!

Keep cosy, and I’ll see you soon 🧡

Lots of Love, Lucinda xo
