New year, new me? Let’s catch up …

Happy New Year!

My darlings! I hope you’re all well, and settling into 2024 safely and successfully. It’s a couple of weeks in now, and possibly that time when New Year’s resolutions have already been broken?! Quite possibly! But hey, every day is a chance to start over.

2023 – what a year …

Honestly this year was tough, really tough! I know loads of people had the same. I found myself in some places I really struggled with, which can be so difficult, not only to get out of, but also to talk about.

I really want to ‘normalise the norm’ and show that behind the happy, thought out images and luxury clothing blogs, I’m living my very normal life.

I am honestly over the moon to put that year behind me, and really make this year count!

Normalising the norm…

I’m really keen this year for my blog and social media channels to reflect ‘normal’! Whilst I know there are so many content creators and bloggers that beautifully show luxury lifestyle, I also know what it’s like to be a normal woman in their 30’s, working their job and navigating their life.

I too am heavily influenced by what I see online, and I can get caught in the trap of; I’m not where I ‘should be’, have what I ‘should have, or be doing what I could be doing.

I have shared blogs in the past on how I’ve achieved my country wardrobe, and I would love my content to go a little more down these routes again, to show how I have done things.

Where I see CCL going in 2024 …

I started a new job a year ago, which really look all of my time and energy to get stuck into. I don’t blog full time, which I know shocks some people! Due to this, my content was slow, plus 2023 as a whole didn’t help, as I just wasn’t feeling myself!

This year I am really keen to produce more content, more regularly, and make sure that what I share is a mixture of both luxury lifestyle, and very ‘normal’!!

I have some big plans for things which I can’t currently share, but just know you have my heart and passion back again!

I can’t say this year I’ll be opting for the whole ‘new year, new me’ , but I will be looking to work on the best version of myself in everything I do.

I am so pleased you’re here, and coming along for the ride! I have some amazing content, plans, holidays and events coming this year! And I’ll be sharing it all!

I can’t wait to see you in the next one!
