10 items I NEED in my wardrobe! September wish list for a Country wardrobe!
As we transition from Summer to Autumn, we’ve been treated with multiple new launches as brands start to share their A/W collections.
It’s no surprise that I enjoy a shop here and there, and I’ve had my eye on a few pieces I’m wanting to add into my wardrobe at the moment!
I thought what better time to share these than as we start to change our wardrobes over, and look to more cosy styling!
Below I’ve shared 10 pieces that you are guaranteed to see entering my wardrobe over the next couple of months – ‘treat yourself’ as they say!
I love you love them, and they give you some inspiration for your own wardrobes, as well as maybe introducing you to some brands you haven’t see before!
Enjoy!
1. ‘Pelham’ Horse Bit Bangle by Healing Hearts
I had to start with some jewellery! You know I’m a silver bangle girlie, and I love any equestrian jewellery. I recently came across Healing Hearts, and their new range of bangles launched, and it just seems like the perfect fit!!!
This gorgeous Pelham bit bangle caught my eye straight away, the detailing is insane, and I just haven’t seen anything as unique as this! This has 100% gone straight onto my wishlist. I love finding new brands and gorgeous new pieces!
The good news is they also have a matching necklace!

2. Kensington Wool Trench by Welligogs
So if you saw any of my social media content from Burghley, you’ll know I got to try on this coat for the first time, after eyeing it up online. As part of their new A/W collection, Welligogs have absolutely nailed it with this jacket, this is literally the dream.
The Kensington will be perfect for any A/W activities, whether it’s dressing down with jeans for brunch, or dressing up with a skirt and boots for the races. The colours within the jacket make it super versatile, fitting in with any colours you currently have in your wardrobe. With my absolute favourite Cheltenham Racecourse NH season just around the corner, this piece NEEDS a spot in my wardrobe. Having tried it on, I can totally vouch for it’s flattering fit and incredible quality!

The Evie Crossbody is 100% going to end up in my wardrobe (I’ve just ordered it as we speak omg!!).

4. Country Fleece Jacket in Khaki by Holland Cooper
Holland Cooper nailed it when they realised their Country Fleece Gilets, and I was desperately anticipating a long sleeve version for Winter. Our prayers have been answered with the release of the fleece jacket- new for A/W.
Having tried this piece on at Burghley, I can confirm this is definitely a piece needed in my wardrobe as we head into Autumn. The same flattering fit as the gilets, and beautifully soft! It comes in both Khaki and Navy, such versatile, easy to wear colours, perfect for whether you want for country activities or day to day casual wear.

5. Maya Silk Blend Dress by Anetos London
I’ve only recently discovered Anetos London, but I was blown away by their products, and ran straight to the website to order their Piper silk blend dress, which has fit perfectly into my wardrobe over the Summer months.
With a holiday on the horizon, another one of the gorgeous silk blend dresses has been in my sights! The stunning colour way of the Maya dress is feminine and flirty, perfect for those stunning Greek sunsets coming up! These dresses are incredible, they make you feel like a princess, I am so pleased to have found this brand! I know there will be many more of these dresses in my wardrobe!

6. Lifton Ruffle Denim Shirt by Beaufort & Blake
Forever wanting to dress like my inner Cowgirl, this shirt sings to my Country Western obsession. Beaufort & Blake have some of the most beautiful pieces, perfect for country style. The ruffle on this piece adds elegance and femininity, whilst the more relaxed fit keeps this piece an easy to reach for classic.
This could be styled in so many different ways, from classic white jeans and tan boots, to teaming with more denim! This piece has really caught my eye, and I will be looking to add this into my A/W wardrobe for sure!

7. The Madeline Woman’s Jacket by Fairfax & Favor
Some of the most highly anticipated A/W pieces will be coming from this brand, Fairfax & Favor. Having started to delve into outwear and clothing, there has certainly been a buzz surrounding what will be released this season.
Having been a huge fan of the Madeline Gilet, this jacket went straight onto my wishlist. A gorgeous tailored fit, and available in 3 different colour ways, this is sure to fit effortlessly into any wardrobe.

8. Snaffled Scarf by Waring Brooke
Whilst this isn’t a brand new piece, it’s one I’ve had my eye on for a while now! Waring Brooke create these stunningly unique knit pieces, all made in house, in the UK. The story and force behind Waring Brooke are just incredible, and it was amazing seeing so many waring these exquisite designs during the show season.
I already have the snaffle skirt, which I wear continually. Having recently changed jobs, and going from scruffy equestrian to smart wardrobe, I am reaching for the Waring Brooke pieces continually as they allow me to still feel like me, even whilst looking professional and smart at work!
Toying with getting this at The Game Fair, I really wish I had picked it up there as I can think of loads of situations I would have reached for it since then!
Priced at £89-00
9. Sammie Stripe Rugby Shirt by Joules
My obsession with Joules is no secret! I have been wearing this brand since a little girl – I’ve told the story 100 times on my blog of that first lilac rugby that really got me obsessed with the brand as a tiny little horsey girl! Tom and Alice Joule are back on board with the brand and I think the changes and most recently launches have been PHENOMENAL, and so true to their heritage.
Having recently spent time with the brand themselves, I have seen what’s to come for the A/W collection, and you are going to be blown away. With so many stunning pieces having already launched, it was hard to just pick one, however, the Sammie rugby has really stood out to me, and seeing it layered in so many ways including with silk scarves and white blouses – it’s a piece I have to have to play with this upcoming season!

10. Into The Woods Mini Pink Tote by Fable England
After the Barbie movie, I seem to be (more) obsessed with all things pink! Being my favourite colour, it is often incorporated into my outfits, but I think more recently I am more conscious of it, fully embracing my Barbie Era (I can say that right?!).
I love the delicate nature of all things Fable England. Everything they create is chic but with a gorgeous nod to the countryside. I have a few of their things now, but something that has recently caught my eye has been this little cutie – the mini tote.
Why is anything mini automatically more cute? And this piece just gives off the perfect amount of colour pop to add into your outfit. Ps … if you are not a pink lover, they have plenty of other colours too – including trusty tan!
Priced at £65-00
That’s all for now my darlings! I hope you loved these pieces as much as I do!
Lots of love, Lucinda xo
